Too Late AU (Homestuck)

Davesprite manages to find his way into a dream bubble (by sleep, game construct abilities, death, etc.). He searches for an incredibly long time until finally, he finds his (doomed!)John. They are about to reunite when Lord English makes his appearance, obliterating John’s ghost before Davesprite’s very eyes.

Alternate Ending:

Davesprite and doomed!John are able to reach each other, but only have a short time before they’re both killed by Lord English.
