The four chaos champions: Abaddon, Ahriman, Doomrider and Cypher.
Not gonna lie, I can work with this (but first I need to read who the fuck Doomrider is 😂)

Some stuff probably you haven’t seen
Here's something that's been wandering around in my head for a while, and what I'd love to see happen this year. Doom Rider — Skateboarders of the Apocalypse! This is just a quickly assembled prototype, made of parts that I had lying around on my desk. It works pretty much for me, though! #doomrider #skateboardersoftheapocalypse #wip #comingsoon #knockofftoys #bootlegtoys #independenttoymaking https://www.instagram.com/p/BsdA4PvHOFe/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=jmfgms94cs5y
Thought of the Day: Know your destination before you set out
Chaos Doomrider
Doomrider. One of the great classic Chaos Space Marine special characters. Not because he was any good, but because he was utterly ridiculous and the foundation of one of Warhammer 40,000′s great memes.
So the notion hit me in early 2017 that I wanted to build one. I don’t have a Chaos army, I just wanted to take on the challenge of a build and then probably sell it. So I ordered a bike, and got started.
Step one, cut off the front forks for posing, and enlarge them.
You can also make out there that I sliced off the rear exhaunts and replaced them with hollow tubes. It just looks better.
I then smoothed down and fixed the massive hole in the front of the rear section, and used a LEGO ball socket piece to attach the front forks again.
The rider started to come together next, in a dynamic pose which would eventually be weilding a sword. If you look below, you can also see where I had to slice off the knees of the bikes so I could repose them out of their normal, rigid position.
I also grabbed more plasticard tubing and added the front faring to the bike, along with dual-weapons.
A bit of work on the base next, a ramp of wire to hold what would be a streak of fire coming off the bike’s wheels. In the original model, its only Doomrider’s head which is on fire. i decided to go the full Ghost Rider.
I added the first few flames using modelling putty (green stuff) before smoothing over the rest of the ramp with toilet tissue and PVA glue. Once dried the ramp would hold as strong as plastic.
As you can see below, I also added Doomrider’s sword, and got his body fully posed on the bike.
To finish off the flames, I actually used a modelling cement intended to be used to fill gaps in larger and perhaps smoother models. But if played with just right while its drying, it can be set in very spiky and flowing ways, looking fantastic as fire. I applied this over the entire ramp, dragging it out as it dried, and using it to wrap around some parts of the wheels and the bike itself to give the impression of the bike generating the fire (or riding through it).
Finally, you can see here the final head, and work on the shoudler pads.
I took a Fantasy Chaos maruader, drilled out his face, and replace it with a skeletons, using putty to correct any gaps and turning the horns sideways.
Which gives us our finsiehd product, which sold on eBay within a weel of being listed.
