New Spaces, New Faces

This place is...different. The kids are bougie as f***, the minority kids amount to like 10 people, and the showers are filthy--and occupied at odd hours by odd couples (seriously, how did they meet already? I can barely walk around without being freaked out by every "hello!")

Twitter is ratchet as hell, Facebook has turned into Vine City, and now Tumblr wavers between porn GIF's and an online place for neurotics like me.

Mami has been calling incessantly, telling me she misses me and asking if I've met any girls. Sometimes this is the only place I can finally think. Classes are going okay, I guess. My writing prof tells me I have got a spark, but that I need make the white characters nicer...less abrasive and racist. I mean, I've always been a sci-fi writer, but sometimes you gotta be real if you know what I mean...

I finally joined the Dominican student group over here...but idk...we'll see. Anyway, heading out. Check in here soon enough...
