He’s a loner who thinks independently and acts like a brat but he’s yearning for connection (which is read as submissive by most evil-minded individuals) and it makes him vulnerable enough to not be seen as a threat

He’s clever but he rarely has a clue about what’s happening which makes him an engaging companion but not one you have to impress or someone you need to beware of

He’s attractive but not cocky and he never uses his attractiveness strategically so he’s both a desired target and a safer option (compared to the spying folk who use their charms purposefully)

In other words, hide your vampire, Guy Anatole is in town

My wishlist for season 2 being like. Gasper reunion. Guy rescuing Jasper from the handmaids tale situation that houseman put Jasper in. Guy being more unhinged and manic as he develops his freaky psychic powers. Guy/Doris buddy comedy shenanigans. Kevis haunting the narrative. Gasper making out sloppy style. More canonical use of pet names like puppy for Guy.
