So today was “Do Something Nice Day”. For those of you who follow me. You know that I promote #kindness and #smile at people. Why? Because even though you are going through things, so is everyone. Not to de-value your #feelings or your current #mentalhealth. What you may find in putting yourself out there to #dosomethingnice, is that you heal yourself. So while today is almost over, and I’m posting late in the evening, I want to make sure that we don’t just do this today….. but every day. We need more #love towards one another. We need to be available to those who needs us. We need to look 👀 people in the eyes 👀 with meaning and say Good Morning or Good Afternoon, or Good Day. And SMILE! Believe me!
