Book 3 2020. This book was really inspiring. I love watching Katrin in the Crossfit Games and listening to her interviews but this book is a deeper dive into just what makes her a champion. It touched my heart and reminded me that even when the odds are against me I can still "Be the best me."
Been so inspired lately by my fellow Nordic ladies. Even though I don’t do CF and I don’t plan to I really enjoy watching the documentries and YT clips and Instagrams and whatnots. Being powerful, strong, beautiful women <3
