I listened to a video and this guy unprompted mentioned that earlier that day he'd ordered a "pizza and a half" for a party. he was clearly embarrassed and later they explained exactly what he meant, he just didnt realize how small the square pizzas at his store were. It's such a realistic problem to have. And such a genuinely response. Its clearly just weighing on his brain
