Two good workouts in a day!!! 19.2km at 5.29min/km pace in the morning followed by a light speed unexpected interval workout at the track (4’, 3’, 2’ and 1’), done at good pace, with the mother’s track club I take part in while my son is doing his training. At first I didn’t think my legs could carry me but I was fine and running without my Garmin was liberating as I could just concentrate on my running and what my body was saying.
