Lancer, absentmindedly: What are you up to today Mr. Fenton?
Danny: Contemplating death, as any good teenager does Mr. Lancer.
Lancer, not listening: Good good.

Dp au/prompt: Cult of the Phantom
Alright. Premise.
Everyone in casper high(maybe some ghosts too?) are teleported to... Somewhere... And a ghost appears infront of them, looking that of some kind of game character.
Despite the light rain earlier, the clouds have cleared and stars sparkle overhead. Danny flies high above Amity Park, heading for the edge of town near the woods. There, away from the city lights, it’s easier to see the stars.
The night is quiet; no ghost attacks during his patrol. Just a few small, low-level balls of ectoplasm to be sucked into the thermos.
Checking that there’s no one around, Danny transforms back and flops in the grass on a hill. Moisture quickly soaks his shirt, but it’s worth it. The smell is grounding; wet earth overrides everything else.
The burn on his palm throbs and he presses it against the grass. The lab is a safety hazard at the best of times and one of his parents forgot to turn off some of the equipment. Cue Danny grabbing what turned out to be heated metal and branding it across his palm. He can’t even blame his parents for that; he should have worn gloves.
Of course, the fact that his father brushed off the injury didn’t help. “It’s a lesson in safety, Dann-o. Sure, the burn hurts now, but you won’t make that mistake again! Now finish the lab, with gloves this time.”
Danny didn’t argue, just slunk back down to the lab and did his best to ignore the throbbing. It wasn’t until later that he was able to dig through the first aid kit hidden in his room for burn cream.
If it was worse, his dad wouldn’t have brushed it off…right? What if he’d needed to go to the hospital?
The sting of his palm is distracting. Danny tries to focus on the sky instead, picking out constellations and losing himself to the vastness of space. Becoming an astronaut was a lost dream, but the sky still held so many mysteries.

Day 4 Staff
Can I pull the ‘English isnt my native languge’- card? Because english isnt my native language.
I read “Staff” as “Personnel”. Its more common in everyday use. And I was confused how "personnel” was opposite to “box”. But I guessed it was like warehouse. Goods Vs Workers kind of a deal. And I though drawing school staff being indifferent to ghost attack would be little fun.
It didnt occur to me untill after I finished this that the promp “Staff” was meant as in walking stick. And few DP character has staffs. But I didnt have time to remake it so here is the artwork of todays promt I missunderstood.
DP No One Knows Au where:
Danny self-sabotaged his relationships on purpose because he thought he was protecting everyone that way.
Danny defeated Pariah Dark mostly on his own mid way through his Sophmore(2nd) year of highschool, and after that the other ghosts started to leave him alone, because he essentially became top of the food chain and few ghosts want to mess with him now.
He spends the rest of his Sophmore year repairing his grades, and while some ghosts still bother him, he only really deals with like two ghosts a month. So, Danny starts his Junior year of Highschool caught up, but lonely and bored. To kill time, Danny teaches himself how to play the guitar using the internet, and starts writing songs.
A lot of Danny's songs are just ways to vent his feelings and regrets over his ruined relationships, and his struggles having to face the ghosts alone. However, because he uses very vague language in his songs, they sound like songs about struggling with mental health, and depression(think Citizen Soldier level stuff).
With Danny's improving grades, Mr. Lancer let's Danny spend his lunches in the music room. One day as Danny is singing one of his, admittedly darker, songs, one of the A-Listers film him and posts it to the school page as a way to "humiliate" him. It kind of has the opposite effect as everyone is now worried for him.
Mr. Lancer: Imagine if someone handed you a box of all the items you have lost throughout your life-
Danny: It would be nice to get my sense of purpose back.
Tucker: Oh wow my childhood innocence! Thanks for finding this!
Sam: My will to live! I haven't seen this in 5 years!
Tucker: I knew I lost that potential somewhere!
Danny: Mental stability, my old friend!
DP Characters as Dogs!
I'm bored. Also, I'm only covering the human/halfa cast not the ghosts.
