PAIRING: Milan x Christian Yu
SUMMARY: Christian is confused, again.
AUTHOR’S NOTE: Wow, melanin. Also really short, bear with me, sorry.
“No for real, your Korean kinda sucks.” Milan laughed as Christian squinted at her.
“What do you mean?” He asked, turning to her slightly.
“You have this weird Australia thing going on with your accent.” She leaned forward towards the screen of his phone, scanning the comments.
“What is your dream in life?” Milan read, smiling slightly. “That’s a really good question. It’d probably be to just live life day by day happily.”
“Well shit, I was going to say something stupid.” Christian laughed as Milan hit him softly.
“Is there going to be a tour?”
“Yeah, we’re working on that right now. Definitely sometime this year, maybe this summer?” He ran his hand through his hair before cracking his knuckles as Milan stared him down.
“When did we discuss this?”
“I thought East and Scott were supposed to tell you.”
“Yo, Rem hates my guts, Christian.”
“He hates all of us, calm down princess.” She sucked in her cheeks, reading the comments once again.
“Yeah, I would make a good daddy.” Christian hummed, completely unaware of the implications of his seemingly innocent words.
“A what?” Milan stuttered, her eyebrows furrowed as she turned to the older male.
“A good daddy...” He trailed off, lips pressed in a thin line.
“You know what that means right?”
“Yeah, a father, why are you so surprised?”
“In that big, intelligent head of yours, think back to the deep dark trenches of stan Twitter and find that word in your memories.” Her smile was mischevious much to Christian’s discomfort.
“Wait,” He started, Milan leaning back in her chair with her head tilted as he considered his answer.
“Oh, not that daddy you guys talk about. A daddy like-- I’ll call it a dad for fucks’ sake.” He sighed. The mixed-race girl fell back into her chair, her smile reaching her creased eyes as she laughed.
“Maybe you would make a good daddy.” She hummed, looking over at him, amusement still evident.
“I’m going to ignore what you just said.” He shook his head, turning back to the forgotten live stream.
