So when I use your brush, the lines come out smooth, but it doesn't look like your art pics since the lines looks hard or smth for you can you help me 😭

Heya, an example of your issue would be really helpful. But I've got a slightly more important question.. why do you need to have the exact same brush style as me? ^^'

I am open to giving tips on arts or share some advice whenever I have time or the capacity, but I am no professional and am just as a simple internet user as everyone else here, consuming content I like. This also inspires me to create myself, and art just so happens to be a great passion of mine.

It feels a little, well, discouraging and a bit invasive when I looked years for an artstyle I finally feel like is actually me only to see people copy in a day. I know that artstyles vary and evolve, they're not the only thing defying an artist. I myself look up to many people and try out techniques they use, but I also try to learn something from them - does the brush they use actually fit my vibe, maybe messy lineart like that one artist's doesn't suit me, maybe the colours they use in arts are too flashy for me, etc.

I'm glad to help you, anon, in DMs with the issue you have, or you can ask it here in my Asks as well, but I highly encourage everyone to find their voice and their style. 💙

Heyaa, I didn't have much time to draw outside of Artfight, but I made this whiteboard art of myself (not really my OC, just.. me I guess?) recently :)

It's a little messy since whiteboard only has one layer, limited colours, no fill tool, and won't let poor me flip and rotate the canvas 😔

How is it that Neptune being annoying and kind of unlikeable in this arc actually makes me like him more

... well I mean, Neptune is my least fav exactly because he is always treated like some pure innocent being that can do no wrong, so having him annoying other characters (and being called out of that) is actually pretty cool

I wouldn't call him "annoying" (though, from Saturn's POV he is) - rather more exaggeratedly curious, eager to get to the bottom of things, being the one who always asks "why?" for the sake of seeing the whole picture even if that "why?" would be simply fueling more drama and conflict. This gives a new tone to his character that I am quite interested in!

tfw both you and your pseudo-father got cancelled but he's taking it a little worse than you

on a separate note look at my beautiful twin boys earth and luna. this was meant for an ask in my inbox but ehhh I ended up wanting to do something different for that so now we just sorta have this. this was mostly a pratice piece because I've suddenly lost my ability to draw over the course of a week again so we're on that thing now. And I can't write properly if I can't draw, even if I wasn't gonna draw anyways I need to know I can or I basically lose all other function. Anyway. This is ok. I can do better, and I will, eventually 🙄 but I like it enough for now

I listened to this on deafening loop nearly the entire time I was drawing this. Only rivaled by my Chernobyl binge

Anyway I thought the whole planet revolution arc was hilarious and awesome for the supported reason that Earth and Luna being the youngest siblings left behind while the rest of them made their great escape fueled many of my agenda. of which I can not say. Because I'm a writer now and I'm not tacky enough to admit my influences in my meta. Even if you can infer a few from my posts but you know how it is. Every planet in the solar system is Fiona Gallagher. Including the Sun actually the Sun is also Fiona Gallagher. And Luna is Fiona Gallagher. Everybody gets to be Fiona Gallagher! Not Earth

damn when you take a step back and look at Sun's character, you can start to realize like damn he's kinda fucked up tbh Sun was a kid himself but he had to be a safety net, someone to rely on for his planets. he had to be parental/ older sibling/ guardian figure for them no one else was going to do it, so he had to do it. Sun never quite got the chance to be a kid or a young star he had to grow up quick so his planets didn't have to he didn't have any other star to rely on or to talk to. he had to do it on his own also with him constantly losing planets back in the day, his proto planets, the old rockies that jupiter didn't mean to destroy, proto and theia. he lost and lost and lost dude got trauma i mean who wouldn't be constantly stressed out about the planets that you have now, when so many of them back then have "died" in his solar system sun wasn't perfect by any means. he messed up a lot and i mean a lot but at least he's trying to be better for them now

Hi Maddie, what are your thoughts on Alvaro Calmet's new show Run monster run? :0

The show has potential and I'm super excited to see where it goes! I like how it has this type of "Alvaro characters/story" feels, where each character has interesting traits and are morally grey (even antagonists, though, we'll see about that 👀). Alvar- I mean, AllSeer is throwing around so many hints in the official Discord, I really recommend checking those out.

I also like that while the show doesn't do censoring, it still remains PG and available for all audiences. It's not trying to be something forced and rather focuses on the story, world building and characters. I'm quite invested, though, my heart remains with the space show, hehe..

I think everyone needs remember the one completely serious absolutely undeniably canon ship that is so amazing it should've had its own arc due to very deep dynamic and feelings between characters that are so wonderous i have never seen anything deeper in my life
