Sonic Hero Shooter Fancast

Hey uh, so, I really like Overwatch and Marvel Rivals, and y'all know I love Sonic the Hedgehog. And recently, I've seen some really good videos, posts, ideas about what other franchises would look like following the Marvel Rivals formula, so I figured why not take a crack at it with my favorite franchise?

I think there's a lot of potential here! I have a whole roster of ideas, but I just started with some classics. The overall goal was to make sure that I didn't lean too heavily into the Damage category, and fairly show love to Tank and Support (my main) roles.

So we got Sonic: a fast moving dps hero with a lot of movement and follow up options. With him, it's all about the flow state and combos.

Then Tails: a steady support hero with options to heal, boost abilities, and move allies around. For Tails, control and options are the key.

And Knuckles: a solid tank hero that wants to dive into the action. Based on maintaining aggression, his Maximum Heat will provide boosted attacks and shields to allies.

Let me know what you all think! This took some effort, but was really for fun. All the art comes from official sources, and is edited to fit the style. I have three more hedgehogs next if people want to see more!

Gaming Mains posters from Art by Jessica Amber

In case y’all didn’t know, I have a Redbubble store. My best-selling designs on there are a series called Gaming Mains. I’ve now made those images into posters for The Sims 4.

The mesh used is the Dramatic Cooking Poster from base game, so this standalone recolor is base game compatible. One tile, shiftable, cute little thumbtacks in the corners.

There are 7 posters in total: Support Main, DPS Main, Tank Main, Chaos Main, Drain Main, Support Legend, and DPS Legend.

I’ve given each recolour a custom swatch, and all colours have been appropriately flagged. I’ve also flagged the designs for Kids Room.

Dear Genji (DPS) mains...

Just when I posted about the most polite genji in the world, I encountered the most toxic genji in the world...

Why can’t you understand that healers can’t heal you because:

1. you’re balls deep in the enemies

2. you’re behind 4 walls

3. you’re 30000km away from us

4. we’re running back from spawn

5. Lucio and Moira have a short range

6. Ana and Mercy need line of sight

7. we need to prioritize the tanks who are taking all the damage on the payload

8. we’re being harassed by the flankers that you ignored

9. spamming ‘I need healing’ at 90% really, really, REALLY annoys us

10. yelling at us because you don’t get heals doesn’t help your case when we have 10k+ healing

11. you also didn’t group up and threw yourself into the enemies when all our team just respawned, so now we have to wait for you

12. and you yell that you didn’t get healing

13. just why

Instead, here’s a few tips on how you can get healing!

1. protect your healers from flankers

2. come to the backline where your healers are; we’re not gonna run after you into the firefight

3. say thanks

4. wait for your healers to respawn

5. get health packs

6. don’t yell at your healers

7. your life is literally in our hands

8. healers will heal you if you’re remotely decent to them

9. the only times healers don’t heal is out of spite, frustration, and have had enough of all the 13 bullshits you did

10. we heal because we want to help, but if you treat us as trash, welp. You’re just someone without any common courtesy, decency, morals, and humanity

11. seriously, are you gonna tell your doctor or surgeon that they are shit, the next time you visit the clinic?
