It was raining and thunder so the team spent their time indoors, trying not to go to each other's nerves.

Terri and Danny had returned to the waterfall to find the bodies of Denise and Westridge, but they found only Denise and thought that the stream had taken Westridge. They thought that this was lost. Well, drowning had been close, but luckily, that weak stream had turned him over again and this time right. After that, he had drifted into the rocks. It was difficult to distinguish him from there because the vegetation was abundant and the beach was muddy. So, in sad mind Terri and Danny decided to head back home, to safe and hospital, because Dr Cale needed medical care.

Returning to the town where they had started their unlucky trip, Terri took to Steven's local hospital to be treated. Even though Steven had begun to heal from the wasp bite and hole in his trhoat, he was still not ok. Terri wanted to make sure everything was fine. Especially since Serone had gripped badly Steven's neck, middle of fighting, when Steven had come to help, even though he should have been resting.

Fortunately, they did not have to spend a long time at the local hospital, while Terri and Danny take care things with the authorities. Those authorities had a lot to find out about a failed exploration trip and what had happened to their friends, as well as to the driver of the riverboat. It was very difficult for the authorities to believe Terri and Danny's story of a giant anaconda that had been attacking them during the trip. But the name Serone again raised their interest and they knew that Serone had caused the trouble before and people who had been involved with him had disappeared in strange circumstances.
