LONG DESCRIPTION ALERT! oscar’s just a very chill, easygoing dude. he hang outs with the kings, helps the followers now and then, works towards the independence with arcade. special: charisma, perception, dexterity. skills: speech, barter, guns, lockpick, sneak. terrible at science, medicine and "smart" stuff in general
personality-wise: oscar doesn’t like conflicts, always tries to mediate situations as much as he can. that’s a good quality to have in some situations but he’s a somewhat difficult long-term friend/partner. he rarely talks about what bothers him, cuz he hates/fears to confront his negative emotions. he adapts to other people too much, therefore often appears fake. a frequent scenario with oscar: 1) you get to know him extremely fast, like, you feel like besties after a couple of days of partying with him, 2) you slowly realise he’s like that with everyone he likes, you don’t feel special around him anymore, 3) you never get to address this disappointment cuz he never actually tells you anything insulting, anything you wouldn't like, 4) you naturally lose contact without ever saying goodbye to each other.
bad shit aside, oscar’s very fun to have around. he’s not funny in terms of making a good joke but he smiles a lot, his laugh is infectious. he's not very smart or cultured but he's a quick learner and he's always open for new information\possibilities. he's a good listener, too. he asks really good questions, he can make anyone feel like they're the most interesting person in the world. people are rarely bored around him, he always offers stuff to do, places to go. friend groups don't work without him. he just has very strong protag energy to him since he's the courier :)
