Dragon Ball askbox thing: If you could hang out with one character, who would it be?

Honestly? I'm not sure I'd want to hang out with any of them. I keep thinking it over, and everybody on that show is either a magnet for danger, or a homicidal maniac, or somebody who wouldn't want to hang out with me.

Wait. Hold on. What am I saying? The answer is obvious: Dr. Rota.

I'm not kidding. This guy has fascinated me for years. One of my big gripes with Dragon Ball Super was that they did the U6/U7 tournament, and the U6 team was full of scrubs. Then they held the Tournament of Power, which required Universe 6 to field a team of ten instead of just five, and I was genuinely concerned with how they would round out a team when a guy like Frost was one of the A-listers.

Fortunately, Saonel, Pirina, Caulifla, and Kale all lived up to my expectations, but then there was this dude as the tenth guy on the team. What's his deal? Could he beat Goku? Was he Universe 6's secret weapon? What are his powers? We don't know! He tried to reveal his special powers, but he got cut off before he could show his stuff. Twice! People talk about wanting Dragon Ball 2uper to adapt the Moro and Granolah sagas, but I say piss on that. They need a new DBS anime so they can pay off Dr. Rota! Show us his power! Have him challenge Vegeta to a duel to avenge his ignominious elimination at the Tournament of Power!

So yeah, I'd want to hang out with this guy, because he looks cool and he's got a wizard robe and a warthog face and he's bright red like a college football mascot. And it probably wouldn't take very long for me to get him to reveal what his secret powers are. He wants to show them off! I want to see! We should be able to get along just fine.
