Ask yourself why.
Go ahead, I won't listen in.
Done? Now ask "Why?" to that too.
Analyze why you think what you think and where what you think may actually come from.
You'd be surprised how much of your behavior is learned from others.
The Desert Rose’s Dragon Wisdom Wednesdays, June 14th, Ace of Coins: The cloudless day brought the sun’s kisses upon your cheeks as you walked through the gorgeous green forest. Almost having a skip to your step, the sunny summery day just filled your very being with happiness. Though hearing a rustle of leaves next to you, stopped you in your tracks. Curious, you pushed back the bush of leaves, revealing a gorgeous green dragon, guarding her treasure. She makes eye contact with you and smiles.
“Oh, well hello there!” she said, cheerfully. “It’s time for you to grow, young one. A new opportunity awaits you, and it’ll bring much abundance. This new project of yours brings happiness to your heart and the very thought of it sets it aflutter. Let that seed grow into something more than you’ve ever dreamed! Love it well, young one and the simple pearl you planted will blossom into great things.”
You smile at the dragon, nodding your head, and carefully let the bushes of leaves cover her once more before going on your way. A new flame igniting within your heart.

Dear tracyn’araal, I come seeking wisdom.
This small orange araal moved himself into my domicile a number of years ago. He spends much of his time lazing about in sunspots and silently judging me with his baleful glares. He demands daily tributes of invertebrate prey and vegetation (preferably orange or red coloured vegetation, though blue also seems to be acceptable).
Recently he has begun bobbing his head and stomping his feet at me. His impressive beard intermittently changes to a striking black colour. This seems like an act of aggression, or maybe passion? I am uncertain. Am I in danger? Are my insect prey tributes insufficient? Is my domicile about to be burned to a crisp?
Please advise.
Yours,
Archer
✨🐉 Dear friendly-knight Archer!
Thank you for your kind message and your ask for dragon advice! Pleased to meet a metal-clothed human that doesn't wave with their weapons for greeting and now I can see why you're so different to (most of) the other knights, that visit my cave – despite all of your observations that might look like the opposite, I have to tell you, that you're already the precious of a dragon that decided to hoard you! 🤩
Yeeees, we dragons can be a little bit difficult... tiring and unnerving too I guess. But we really really like and more or less obviously appreciate daily tributes 🥰 *Purr purr purr*
Now your dragon started to bob his head, stomp his feet and darken his beard? 👀 So if there aren't unfriendly knights or other stress factors close to your his hoard, I guess cautiously, that for your dragon begins mating time! 🦚✨ If that's the case, I think he's a bit on edge and impatient at the moment, but for sure you prepared your his domicile with fireproof materials 🔥
Hehehe 😏💕 Who could resist a sparkly golden dragon?
As you're the precious of this proud one, you could do him a big favor getting him fresh delicious fruit for extra vitamins! Mating phase is exhausting! I'm sure he'll appreciate and won't burn your his domicile to a crisp ✨🐉
He is so cuuuute with his wings naaaww 🥰

What kind of world would you want to live in, little hatchling?
To listen is not to embrace unerringly. It is to hear out, to pay attention to, to heed. One is not required to act on what they hear.
Self-deprecating humor is the equivalent of a dragon trying to eat itself. Next thing you know, half your tail is in your mouth and for some gods-awful reason you can only think to keep on going while the people around you look at you with concern...
Dragon Wisdom:
You can't trust if you fear pain.
