Okay, I was on Reddit as one does...yes WE all be on Reddit. And I saw this post in the reality shifting sub that said that sometimes they only say one affirmation and call it night, obviously you can shift like that but for some reason that silly little word is stuck on your cerebrum.
So what I want to know is can someone explain to me why is it that so many people push "effort" when it comes to shifting. Yes, I am well aware that came out of early shifttok and people just haven't shook that need; but for all of you genuinely belief the more effort = more successful shifts can you please tell me why.
Now, shifting is a personal journey. If you like doing something by all means do it. Everything works if you make it work, but I don't understand why more effort would mean more shifts.
If that's the case then people who literally and I mean, didn't even say an affirmation just blinked and were there, wouldn't they not be able to shift.
Because if we want to say that more effort = more shifts, then why aren't people who hair is turning white because of shifting aren't shifting?
I practice the law of assumption, "anything that you assume to be true will be true." It's not called the law of effort, it's not called the law of repetition, it's not called the law of doing long methods. However I am also well aware of the fact that people don't practice the law, okay cool.
I just want an answer, and it can be long, like intro body conclusion long and I will still read it.
