Kyani’s relationship with the Turtles 

Leonardo: To be honest with you.. Leo was a bit of a challenge. I guess in Leo’s perspective not only did he have to deal with three siblings, but deal with one more. So I guess you can say it was a bit overwhelming for him. The other thing was he was going to have to train Kyani and teach her how to depend herself which would take time and patience which he sometimes has. But judging the way her body tone and shape was he could tell she was fairly experienced but didn’t know how experienced she was until he literally got his ass beat in just 10 seconds and also saw all her degree black belts, trophies, certificates, and weapons that she made including a mixed from her father and eldest brother. Not only that seeing that she has a very close and bonding relationship with splinter, a type of relationship she hasn’t had in a long time ever since her father died and also having the same similarities regarding ninjitsu and katanas So you can say they got pretty close somewhat.

Raphael: Kyani honestly didn’t see him as intimidating as she thought he would be. I think it’s because she had to face guys who were twice Raph size so it didn’t bother her which was unfortunate on Raph’s end ( sorry raph). But seeing that she was also into bodybuilding and things like that they sorta became partners in crimes. They help each other with their anger problems so that’s a win, win. She also thought it was funny that he can be a softball at times and would teasingly make fun of him saying “That’s not very rebel of you” 

Donatello: It didn’t really take much with Donnie since they both like inventing things and are highly intelligent. There are a few things that Kyani doesn’t know and Donnie as well so every once in a while they both have a school educational session that teaches each other things they don’t know that they wanted to know for a long time!

Michelangelo: She got close with Mikey REALLY quick. To summarize the story they meet one time in an abandoned warehouse where there were some skateboard rinks, arcades, and other things. Mikey had wanted to see a band that was playing there but of course his brothers didn’t want him out alone (which was understandable) but to Mikey’s end it was unfair. So he took it upon himself to sneak out and go to this concert that was being played at the warehouse and saw Kyani on the stage for the first time. He didn’t know what it was but there was something different about Kyani that he couldn’t put his finger on. But it was enough to want to get to know her more. After the concert he got to talk to Kyani and they connected really well.Unfortunately when he came back he got in big trouble for sneaking out which Mikey didn’t regret since for the first time he made a new friend, and a friend that he was never going to get rid off.

Together: For Kyani’s perspective. It was really hard and difficult to try and fit in to her new home. It wasn’t because they were mutants like her, but it was the fact that she hadn’t been around a big family in a really long time since her attack back when she was five. But over the months she fully accepted them and was willing to not only provide for them, but protect them in a way she thought she failed to protect her  sensei. She was going to protect them one way or the other even if it had to be bloodshed.
