Sandykit succumbed to an infection.

Cypresspaw has become a warrior, now named Cypressfreckle.

Ganderkit becomes and apprentice and has Cypressfreckle as a mentor.

Coniferkit becomes a healers apprentice, with Phloxsnout as her mentor.

The clangen rng has nice been nice to poor Sandykit :(

TW blood and cat injury under cut

Sandykit was grabbed by a hawk, but luckily Firefoot saves him! The kit is still left injured from the ordeal.

“Wowieee! Your tail is so so cool, Cycy!!” Dandelionkit mewed, eyes sparkling as he looked at Cypresspaws spiky tree branch-esque tail.

Cypresspaw flicked her tail around her body, blushing with embarrassment. He.. doesn’t know how to handle compliments, so he just ducks his head and looks away, “Thanks Dandelion..” tree manages to mumble. “Your uh, tail is cool too.” She mutters, glancing at the bulb on the end of the kits tail, simulating a dandelion.

“Hehe! Thank you Cycy!!” Dandelion giggles, paws tapping against the ground.

Orangemouse takes a seat inside the leaders den, the green crystals causing a glow of his fur. Phloxsnout then enters, taking a seat behind her, just as Canarystar enters.

“Okay, now that you’ve settled, can you explain why you were exiled from your clan?” Canarystar starts,their small tail swishing slowly behind them. Her voice was calm and collected.

“Well uh, I had my kits with an outsider.” Orangemouse’s tail wraps round their paws, “Which goes against our code.”

“Oh?” Canarystar hums, head tilted slightly, though, the lack of disbelief in stars voice suggests that it isn’t a foreign concept to her. “While that is unfair, I have know a group who also participates in that rule.” The leader carefully sits down.

Phloxsnout speaks up, “In my opinion, that rule sucks. So what if you had kits with some cat outside the clan, that’s your decision.” The elder cats tail lashes.

“Tell me about it. I’m just glad you found me. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to care for three kits in the wild, all alone.” He mews, shoulders slouched slightly.

“Well, Orangemouse, you have a place here.” Canarystar speaks again, voice still level, “As well as your kits.”

YEAR 1, MOON 1, PT 2: Settling in

While searching for some specific herbs, Phloxsnout is startled by weird sounds and whispers on the wind.

The sounds die away and then start up again in strange, unpredictable intervals. Investigating, Phloxsnout suddenly finds himself nose to nose with a panting, bleeding queen, one desperately trying to keep their newborn litter quiet. Phloxsnout brings the queen back to camp where the Clan can assist.

Phloxsnout leaves the crystal cavern that they call home, in search of some much needed herbs. Mostly to herbs to deal with yellow cough, and other ailments similar to that. As he's plucking some plants from a bush, his ears prick up, startled, when it hears some sounds on the wind. Curious, and slightly concerned, he follows the sound. Suddenly, petal comes face to face with a panting, bleeding exhausted queen, desperately trying to keep his newborn litter quiet. "Shh.. darlings.. please keep quiet.." "Oh my, are you okay hun?" Phloxsnout crouches down, trying to keep a safe distance as to not frighten this stranger. "Ah-! I- don't hurt me-!" The cats fur bristles . "Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you." Phloxsnout speaks softly, "I can take you to my group. I'm a healer, so I can help you." "O-Oh! Are you part of a clan like my former one? My names Orangemouse, I'm from Chestnutclan- well, I was." The stranger, now known as Orangemouse, slowly relaxes. "Clan..? Oh yes! I'm part of Dreamclan." "...I though Dreamclan got wiped out..?" Orangemouse tilts her head. "Its a long story- I can explain everything later, but first, lets get you and your kits somewhere safe."

Orangemouse, Ganderkit, Coniferkit and Sandykit have joined the clan.
