Jim covered his mouth as he saw his cup of coffee spilling all over the other. A small part of him did feel a bit bad about spilling his beverage over his classmate, but with as little sleep as he had he couldn’t bring himself to worry about it too much. “You might want to get that shirt off if you want to avoid burns,” he advised the other as he stood to pour himself another cup of coffee.

She started to hesitate if she should wake him up or not since he looked quite tired. Though.... "Sir?" She called him cautiously. (( *hides* ))

Maybe it was the sound of feet that didn’t belong in his room, or the voice that didn’t match those in his memory palace. Either way, he was drawn from some happier memories, the blonde groaning. “I’m not a sir,” he muttered, hating being called such.

Lucas didn’t hear anyone come in, didn’t know Dreamer could even find his place. The trickster had taken some time alone to honor the memory of his wife, forcing him to go to his temple again. On the altar was her bones, and her memories were filling his mind. Silent tears had started to fall as he thought about her, able to recall every detail of their time together.

It was the sound of the door closing that pulled him from his thoughts and made him glance around. For a moment, he forgot that he was in his temple, and that she was dead. “What do you want,” he asked, voice hard like his father’s as he tried to hide his tears from her.
