Crescent Moon Sea Glass Earrings
A simple design with a touch of magic added via my favorite design element: moons. Making these tiny crescents is a bit of a pain, but they’re always worth it.

A friend of mine just opened an Etsy shop, Dreaming Deeps Designs. She makes beautiful wire-wrapped sea glass jewelry. For now she can only ship to the US (the process to ship out of country is apparently “scary and confusing and I possibly have to worry about VAT??”), so if the US is you then definitely check her out. Link will be in the reblog because of possible tumblr search messiness.
I showed these off in a compilation post, but they’re lovely enough to deserve a close-up! Handmade wire-wrapped sea glass earrings, featuring a golden rose in a copper star. You can find them on my etsy shop, DreamingDeepsDesigns.
"I love adding little flairs to pieces," I say. "It's maybe my favorite part of designing jewelry," I say. "The tiny details are so fun to dream up," I say.
Every time, I dream up 30 slightly different options and can never decide which I like best, all of them far harder to implement than they should be, but I love it, I swear. I'm having so much fun...really I am...

Golden Rosette Sea Glass Earrings
If you’re looking for something a little simpler than the last earrings I posted, but still elegant, how about these?
I feel like I've been working on these forever, but I think these oceanic elf ears are finally just about done!
A really fun pair of earrings, available now in my Etsy shop.
I get bored if I make similar designs too often, but it can be a challenge with smaller pieces of sea glass like these. How can I add interesting touches to make each design unique, without drowning the sea glass in wire? A simple spiral accent and some beads worked for these earrings. Just look at that blue!
