Velvet, Apollo, and Ezra

Trying to catch up on my posts here :3 I don’t wanna be over whelming so I’ll do it slowly but surely!

I have introduced little Ezra yet, but he’s Velvet and Apollos son :3 Here we got Velvet making sure her little family turns heads by being the best looking family around ❤️

Rakesh and Ziva Kumar

Ah! Something happened with the last one and got removed! Lemme try again :)

Meet Rakesh and Ziva Kumar, parents of Maleek and Morgona.

Very interesting history between the two families, it began with the fathers: Vaughn and Rakesh were very, very close when they were younger. Joined at the hip, ride or die, their bond was strong. Then Eros got under Rakesh’s skin turning him against Vaughn.

They grew apart but never stopped caring for one another. Fate would have it that their children would run into each other. Their daughters becoming rivals, but their sons becoming something more. It’s the growing relationship between Veneer and Maleek that rekindles the bond between Vaughn and Rakesh. Not to mention the friendship their wives build.

The Kumars will stick with the Montegues through thick and thin.

Rakesh is the head mafia boss of the Gorgen District and head of the Gorgen District in general. Ziva was a theatre dancer. It was love on first sight for him. She also becomes one of Vivian’s closest and bestest friends, really relying on her for everything and anything.

VA for Rakesh is Cliff Curtis. VA for Ziva is Priyanka Chopra.

🌅 Update: Apparently, My Window Has Two Graphic Settings?!

Remember when I posted my window painting earlier today?

... What happened?!

SO. It got dark... The lights inside the house came on. AND SOMEHOW... THE COLORS COMPLETELY CHANGED??? 😭😭😭

Why does Branch suddenly look more like... Branch? During the day, I was sitting there thinking: "Hmm... his colors are a little off..."

Nighttime said: ✨ "Observe." ✨

Suddenly his blues are amazing. His hair looks softer. His skin looks closer to the movie. I have no idea what happened.

Apparently, my living room has ray tracing enabled after sunset. 😭 And now... I'm actually considering repainting Poppy's body.

Not because I dislike it! But because her little toes are SUCH a nice, vibrant pink... that now I'm wondering if the rest of her body should lean a tiny bit more in that direction too.

I did not expect lighting to become part of the art process.

I was mentally preparing to repaint Branch. Instead... The evening fixed him. 🌅

Conclusion:

Apparently my window painting has two modes.

Under Rageous Mini Comic: You Go Bro

Kane and Neena went out on a date and let’s just say it ended with one amazing night. So amazing that he forgot two of his brothers were coming over to spend some guy time together. You can imagine his embarrassment when they caught him red handed.

Neena on the other hand doesn’t have her hearing aides so poor girl has no idea what’s going 🤭 but she’s definitely proud.

Velvet and Veneer found a new way to gain money and fame, and it’s not in a way that they had thought. Turns out that they are taking after their father after all: building their own empire. Writing their names in the heavens so to say.

At times they rival Morgona who’s also rising up to leave her mark in her own fashion. Drake joins her rise to power as they eventually become an item, somewhat rivaling Velvet and his little brother, Apollo.

Of course they need their right hand guys to be the bronze or brains (in Velvets case). Of course Maleek goes back and forth between his sister and Veneer.

NOTE: Velvet and Veneer have decided to embrace their Glimmer heritage with some gold makeup when they’re ready for business. A signature mark everyone in the under-city is now becoming familiar with. When Apollo and Maleek are under Velvet and Veneer, just look for the gold makeup up.
