Look at my little shitbox go! Did really good last season and managed top 5 every round. Best weekend was a 2nd place finish overall and 1st in class (STR) Really interesting to see the playing field leveled by the course and being able to be faster than much more capable and higher power cars...
I love autocross. Brings out the real potential of drivers. No home course here, because every month the layout is completely different. You have 8 runs all day with no practice, only get to walk the track one time and make your plan of attack in that moment. Strict rules and classes makes for good competition. How quick can you be on your toes? How well can you adapt your driving style? How well can you memorize the track in short notice?
