Keeping it Healthy
Wow! Where does the time go???
Even though I haven’t been posting everyday I have been staying on an 80% healthy track with my food choices.
My workouts have been less than usual but I’ve been busy doing other things that have been completely wiping me out like scrubbing floors & carpet & painting….my arms hurt more now then on my hardest workout days.

Kept my meals as healthy as I could throughout the day; shake for breakfast; roasted root veggies wrap for lunch; and indulged on some sushi for dinner with hubs before going to a wake.
Just got my workout done and settling in with a tea for the night.
