One thing I love about spring are the petal that fall from the trees. Like, the almonds are all done blooming but now it’s the apricots time to shine. They’re much shorter so it’s not so dramatic but it’s still nice.

no rain, no grass, limited food
with the limited rain, the little goats don't have as much food as we would like but we try our best to give them as much as we can. we're starting to learn what trees they love and hate, what flowers and plants taste the best and also gaining even more trust since we take them on walks to a few places where we know there is food for them. here are a few photos of what we have been getting up to:
we usually take them for a walk down where all the trees are in this gully, HEAPS of pine trees which they love and other shrubby things which the can destroy waiting while they eat jamie cuts down a couple of larger pine trees to throw into their paddock which lasts a day i've started collecting the little branches that fall off the larger trees near the house, and any cuttings at home we've been giving to the goats as a treat
