On the left, the Matron of the Drow! Cursed elves, 4′7″-5′5″ (1.5-1.7 m) range. Drow are generally sadistic and evil due to thier goddess personally hunting and killing any good ones. These are not exceptions, as they are the leaders of the noble houses and priestesses to said evil goddess. We're talking max level clerics with bonus powers on top. Powers include telekinesis, spawning restraining webs at will, a wand of grappling tentacles, causing supernatural fear, summoning fan favorite demons like Yochlol or Glabrezu, and using magic to magically control or restrain. Just know that manipulation and command are their specialty, you don't stay at the top of the DROW without being well versed.
On the right, the Yuan-ti Pit Master! Sometimes they do have the snake head on the end, like the arm version of a medusa's hair. Those snake bodies basically act like tentacles, and they can turn themselves into a snake! They can also put creatures to sleep with a glance, use mage hand, magically restrain, and use some minor mind manipulation. They're the cautious yet intelligent priests in charge of sacrifices and organizing the slow takeover of governments. Also just...kinda better than your average person? Like above average in every stat, from strength to intelligence to charisma. They've got it all!
