I feel like there is still plenty of unsolved issues in there that he needs to look at before even thinking about ending the series. I honestly wouldn't worry too much about it, it'll probably run for a while longer ;)

It's good to hear someone else has hope for it because I don't know what I would do if it ended. Fairy Tail is and will always be number 1!

If his old stuff is anything to go off, the only thing he wants is to make people laugh and push boundaries while keeping it within reason. The guy really never intend to hurt people, and I am 100% positive he simply didn’t think this one through.

But you see, pushing boundaries is kind of, well, pushing your own boundaries. lol Like, intentionally going outside of people's comfort zones, inevitably you're doing to do something that offends someone, and he did. Whether he intended to or not, he did something offensive. Sadly for him, intentions aren't some "get out of jail free" card that excuse offensive behavior.
