DrumJam Updated With AudioBus
I recently made references to the amount of similar apps that are flooding the Apple App Store, and driving the price and value of them down to the ground. Drum apps and similar beat making apps are probably one of the worst offenders. Here’s an app that I originally thought was lumped into this category: It’s called DrumJam, which does what most drum apps do – provide drums. Anyways, DrumJam is getting the treatment that Propellerhead’s Figure might be getting soon; full integration with Audiobus. This means that your drums can be sent directly into other compatible Audiobus apps and your live music and actually be recorded by another app. Another useful implementation has been added as well, it is also compatible with WIST technology for Korg users who want to wireless triggers functions within their own software.
