Hello Ellen

Hello my name is Rory I live in Southern California. I am a big fan of yours. You have always been a huge positive inspiration to me. I was born with a rare syndrome called Cri Du Chat syndrome. Due to my syndrome I was born with three holes in my heart. I had four major heart surgeries from birth until I was seven years old. Doctors were certain I wouldn't live, so I was given my last rights at birth. I also have one enlarged kidney a cleft palot that had to be reconstructed. I am also completely blind in my right eye and poor vision in my left eye. I was in special education all through school and always bullied because of my disabilities. Music has always been a part of my life. I started to learn how to play the drums at five years old. I am a self taught drummer I never learned how to read music notes due to my vision, so I learned everything by ear. I am on a mission to be a positive inspiration to others that have or do not have disablities. In my opinion people now a days are afraid to be judged by others. They are afraid of being their true selves. I am hoping to be a positive role model for others. My dream is to be a guest on the Ellen Degeneres Show or be able to meet you. I would love to share my story and hopefully inspire the world.
