Summary: Your ex, Junhoe, calls you while drunk again. This is inspired by a song titled âStellaâ by All Time Low (i recommend listening to it while reading !)
[a/n]: ahh, whatâs this? iâve been in a more angsty mood lately heheh... iâve included some lyrics of the song throughout this piece :) also, this is definitely worthy of a part two (if anyone wants it, of course!)
three pm, on my feet and staggering /Â two am, iâm on a blackout binge again
â[y/n]...â you heard Junhoeâs drunken voice through the phone again. He had called you at 3pm, drunk. Now it was 2am and he was calling you while drunk again.
âI miss you, donât you miss me?â he slurred, chuckling.Â
i got so many friends / and they keep, keep me coming back for moreÂ
The two of you had not been seeing each other for some time. It wasnât because you didnât love one another, but your lifestyles did not blend well. Junhoe was always drinking and at parties, but you didnât always want to join him. You told him to get rid of his bad friends, because they were the ones who kept dragging him to parties. He worried you with his night life, always ending up hurt in some way.Â
After a lot of heated arguments and disagreements, the two of you thought that it would be best to put an end to your relationship. Junhoe, though, clearly hadnât been able to move on. He always called you when he got drunk, which was more than once a week. You worried about him so you always answered his calls, but lately you were wondering if that was giving him the wrong idea.
youâre only happy when iâm wasted
âYouâre not answeriiiing,â he sang. âDoes that mean you miss me? It does, doesnât it? You must be so happy to hear from me that youâre too shocked to speak.â
âJunhoe, you called me twelve hours ago. Why would I miss you?â you replied, sternly.
âWhy wouldnât you miss meee?â he laughed, then you heard a thud.
feels like iâm falling in love / when iâm falling to the bathroom floor
âJunhoe, are you okay?â you got up from your seat, worried.
âHas the floor always been this cold? Or is it cold now that youâre gone...â he mumbled. You were dying to know where he was and what that thud was. He was turning you into a worried mess and you hated him for it.
âi guess falling on this bathroom floor is just like falling in love. Itâs fun and shocking until it hits you and you get hurt.â
Junhoe and his poems... It made your heart ache. If only he had listened to you a little more and tried to party just a little less.
i remember how you tasted / iâve had you so many times, letâs face it
âI remember kissing you in this bathroom. Your lips were so sweet because of the gloss you were wearing...â His voice sounded raspy through the phone. It was like you could hear him falling apart right at that moment.
You could remember what he was talking about. The time when you were getting ready for a date with him and you decided to put a bit of lip gloss on. Junhoe had walked into the bathroom looking for something, but when he saw your shiny lips, he couldnât help himself. He kissed you with so much passion that you fell against the sink.
feels like iâm falling in love alone / Stella, would you take me home?
â[y/n]... I feel so lonely. I feel like Iâm the only one out of the two of us who still loves, who still misses us. Canât you just come and take me home? Iâm so tired of this,â Junhoe said, in his wobbly voice.
You sighed, but got up to grab your coat anyway.
âWhere are you, Junhoe?â you asked.Â
When he gave you the address, you rushed over right away. It was only when you arrived that you realized where he was. The bathroom of the club where he first met you, where he found you crying.
