How to strengthen your nails?
Strong, healthy and beautiful nails are one of the most beautiful and attractive attributes of female hands.
Often after the injured our plates with gel or acrylic, we obtain unpleasant yellowish, broken or weak nails.
This is a huge obstacle to our beautiful manicure and gives us considerable headaches thinking how to fix things.
Today we present a few different cosmetic recipes that will not only help you to strengthen your nails, but this effect will persist for a long time.
The ingredients are very simple and you can find them at all times in every household.
1. Lemon juice and sea salt
Mix 1 tablespoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice and half a liter of warm water. Soak nails well in this “bathroom” and leave for about 15 minutes. Then rinse well and apply a moisturizing cream or nourishing oil. If you apply this procedure every other day for two weeks, your nails will become much healthier and look healthy.
2. Olive oil, honey and egg
Mix 4 tablespoons lightly warmed olive oil with 2 tablespoons of honey and one egg. Mix well all the ingredients and soak your nails for 10-15 minutes. Then wash with hot water, but without using soap or any cleaning product. If you care so nail at least twice a week for 2-3 weeks, you will see the results and their durability.
3. Lemon juice and olive oil
Lemon juice and olive oil appear great treatment for fingernails. Mix 3 tablespoons olive oil with a tablespoon of lemon juice. As with other recipes soak nails for 10-15 minutes and then rinse well with water. Use this procedure once or twice a week.
If you’re in the mood for experimentation, but do not have any other ingredients except olive oil – do not worry. The natural ingredient is extremely nourishing and moisturizing and easily absorbed into the skin and nails. Soak your nails in a bowl with olive oil and hold for at least 15-20 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with water and dry.
