There is something so deeply cathartic about being one amongst nearly 50,000 people watching Phil build a memorial for Techno in his Hardcore world. Something about shared grief. Something about humanity. Something about love and friendship and the legacy it leaves behind.

Okay, so I'm watching Tommy's DSMP part of his stream because I didn't watch it earlier.
He was implying that he was being the somewhat parental figure to Wilbur because he's trying to watch out for him.
Oh no, Tommy. Bud. Maybe the bigger issue here is why Tommy feels like he has to do this instead of Wil's actual, you know, parent.
"Phil, you murdered him."
His word choice when he spoke to Phil might just be an indicator here for why.
Look if they wanna fix the server than they should just restart at the end of the prison break stream and go from there.
None of this reboot shit bc it leaves so many things unfinished.
s4 isn't unsalvageable, I can see the underlying potential that rests there. c!dream being out of prison and the overall threat that leaves to the server at large. There's a story that can still be told.
You can start the season with characters afraid and conflicted and everything and then carefully have them begin forging alliances bc they know c!dream is gonna come after them, and then you can have a grand finale where the entire server is teamed up for one final time to beat the villain.
That's literally all that needs to be done. But it would require commitment and a Lot of discussion.
I hate when c!Emeraldduo apologist say, stuff like “c!Techno and c!Phil are rich because they worked for it, anyone can be rich.” Because it’s not really about how they got the items it’s the ability to keep them.
You can have all the riches in the world but still get your shit rocked by someone stronger and loose everything.
That’s the reason items matter so much, that’s the reason why c!Techno and c!Phil can’t possibly understand their importance.

A reminder that so many people watch the dsmp and these videos, outside of tumblr and twitter and even twitch. And people love these silly little stories so so much. Tommy and everyone else involved put so much into this story and it was a beautiful, and fitting, ending.
