To the ends of the earth.

July 8th 2020 we built our bench. There was a world to conquer, a server to see, friends to make. And we were going to see every moment of it together. Our adventures were sure to take us to the ends of the earth! There was nothing we couldn't handle together. November 13th 2022 we sat on our bench one last time. Its the same bench on the same hill, watching the same sun set. But I am not the same, and i hardly recognize the person sitting beside me. We are no longer whole. There are parts of ourself we lost along the way, physically, mentally, emotionally. Countries and people and dreams we loved and lost with our time here. I swore to follow you to the ends of the earth, and I think we finally found our end.

With the DSMP over I've been nostalgic for the "good old days" and how far this little Minecraft server came. I feel lucky to have been there, to be part of it in the unique way the community was. I made these two as phone wallpaper sizes for my own guilty pleasure so i have the first as my lock screen and the second as my home screen. Feel free to use them the same way!
