So… I’ve been thinking of names for my AU. And people in charge of my AU. Because there are able to be much more active then me, and share my ideas and thoughts. Similar to mine and I believe their critiques would be vaguely good in my au. This means they can use my characters, and I’m thinking shout giving these people permission to change things about them, but for now they get have to get my permission for it.
@squishiifishrose, @cyberdiesel, and @h4rv3y-3th4n are the people I’d mainly like to be my co-members and owners of this au im creating. For others, I’d like opinions on name ideas. I’ll give what I have, and you may comment any other ideas you have. And I recommend reading it for more knowledge.

The summary of my AU is basically a recreation Dora and Friends. Dora and Friends features 10 year old Doraline—Dora Marquez with her 5 friends. Naiya, Kate, Emma, Alana, and Pablo. Our beloved Explorer is
now living in the city of Playa Verde, California with a new look. Although she’s left the rainforest, she brings her magical charm with her. Now with even more magical adventures she goes on with her friends.
Season 1 🏙️ ✨
Season 1 is basically just introducing some of Dora’s life. She has adventures with her friends, and not just like the ones in the rainforest, where she has to find and retrieve. The magic is much more constant. She even comes across a magic charm bracelet, which helps her along the way.
Season 2 🐵🌳🗺️🎒
Season 2 kind of brings a bit of nostalgia back. Dora retrieve backpack and map, and her city friends are introduced to her rainforest friends (which I’m pretty sure some of them have already met or all of them but whatever) and Dora goes on a few rainforest adventures too, she even had one of her dream adventures.
My AU ⚜️
The difference between the actual show and my AU is that it would run much longer. And instead of Dora and her 5 friends, it would also introduce her other friends that were shown in Dora the Explorer, like world wide friends. Emma and Pablo both seemed to live in the rainforest when Dora was younger. Alana and Kate did too but has much less screen time and no voice actors. Kate is kind of the mix up. If you’ve seen another one of my rants, Kate was originally a story book character in Dora saves the crystal kingdom or smth, but later on in season 7 or 8, she was introduced as a regular character from Dora’s reality, and not a story book character. So for my AU, Kate was canonically a story book character that Dora knew when she was younger, maybe 5 or 6 because the crystal kingdom episode happens when she’s 7 or 8. Kate would’ve came to the real world with her family (or not, I’m still working in that, but you can give opinion in that) and be actual people. But it would make more sense that she was always human, and just so happens to have an alternative version of herself in a book, the same way she was also introduced to look a lot like a princess from many years ago. I know it’s a spoiler but oh well.
So yeah, everyone’s moving to the city, or has been moving to the city. A big majority of the kids seen in Dora the Explorer have also moved to the city along with the original 6. There’s still a bunch of magical adventures, but there’s also a lot more city based adventures. My AU is supposedly vaguely mix in with the original concept of Dora and Friends. Dora’s Explorer girls, where Dora doesn’t have any magical objects in the city, and relies on her basic skills. Dora wouldn’t always use her magical objects or rely on them. She’d have backpack occasionally because yeah, that’s also her daily backpack that she uses at school and etc. My AU is still also pretty magical though. My AU also includes my own personal characters. Some of them may be family members of Dora, others classmates, close friends, or even antagonists to help develop the story. That’s really all I had on my mind to rant about for my au, but yeah.
