Round One Ideas
oh, I know the admins already have something planned, but what would you guys like to see to make the comics more fun.
As a Ranger, I had an idea for a prompt thats like
You and a Warrior NPC are sent off on a mission. You’ll run into a thief who is trying to stop you from completing you mission.
course thats super simple. just kinda spitting a few ideas already to work into whatever Round 1 sets us up against. If we really only have five or six rounds total, i figure we’re going to be PvP soon
Duality Help?
I really want to join Duality-OCT but there are a couple of things troubling me:
I'm afraid my character will have hardly any personality, or will be lacking in it. I want them to be unique and have a good backstory that will stand out, but looking back at most of the characters I've made, their personalities & stories are about the depth of a puddle.
I actually have no idea which faction to join. My top choices right now are Thieves and Rangers, but I'm not opposed to Mages or Kinghts either. And considering the faction caps might be happening soon, I might have to go with the others. This isn't as big of an issue as the others, but it definitely needs to be decided.
My biggest worry of them all though, is whether I'm going to be able to manage my time effectively between the group and school. School is of course the most important thing to me, and I've been trying to be better about getting my work done, but it's unpredictable how much time it's going to take each night. Also, I have no idea how I'm going to approach the art aspect of the group. I've never even done comics before, and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do more than a rough line before the time I'd have to turn it in.
If anyone could give a little help or advice on things I could do, or if I should even join the group, it'd be much appreciated.
