Transitions on my mind and heart...Reason #2...life and job transitions can also be positive—reflecting progress and change. I was honored to attend the promotion of SGT Carongcong to SSG this week. @carong_strong and his wife @tracymaryq are Soldiers and long time @connectedwarriors Yogis. Being married in the military is a challenge and can be difficult to navigate...presenting many opportunities for transition. Promotions don’t come easy...this transition is well deserved. I am proud to be their yoga teacher. Savasana sometimes ends in a peaceful sleep but for Yogi Matt, today, Savasana rejuvenated his body, mind, and spirit. In Savasana, Yogi Matt’s breath deepened, and the stress of the day was released.
