3/6/17
Back to CFSBK. Contemplated doing 17.2 again, but ultimately decided just to do a normal class after I saw there was some handstand work on tap.
10 MINUTES FOR PRACTICE:
Handstand Practice
Handstand Push-ups
RESULT: Worked up to a strict deficit HSPU from a blue bumper and two greens. It felt good to finally be the best in class at something by a lot. Handstands are my shit. Come at me.
5 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
10 x 30lb Alternating Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch
15 Burpees
RESULT: 10:22 Min. I couldn’t believe we were doing DB Snatch and burpees again. I kept it light and paced myself and I was able to keep moving the entire time and not jack up my back. Lessons from 17.1 = learned. Felt nice to not get completely torched by something like this.
The dumbbell snatch is a multistep exercise that works on several muscles groups in your upper and lower body. The dumbbell snatch exercise is a powerful full-body exercise that has tremendous benefits
