I got a Renpho Bluetooth Smart Scale so I can finally keep track and not have to wait for my monthly mental health appointment to find out my weight.
I haven’t been active on here and there isn’t any reason for that other than I am lazy.
My brother got us (my mother and I) the DDP Yoga DVDs, also known as, Diamond Dallas Page Yoga. He thinks that if we work at it, we will lose weight. We haven’t used it yet. I’ve been sick for the past two weeks and I am finally coming out of it. I need to start something soon.
I go back to school in August and I would love to lose anywhere between 10-20 lbs if not more.
I don’t know what is wrong with me or what is blocking me from caring about my weight and truly putting in the effort needed to make a difference. I’ve got to get some discipline and find a way to push myself.
Any advice on how to be and do better. On how to find the will power to do it?
