I went to the gym on Wednesday and I was able to do about 10 minutes on the treadmill before my legs wanted to give out. Maybe from being sick or not moving as much as I needed to or from injury, I just couldn’t keep the pace I had previously.
And then later on Wednesday I sprained my ankle so I haven’t gone back to the gym yet. I think I will go back sometime this weekend and talk with the trainers up there about what exercises are best when injured.
Went to the grocery store on Wednesday as well and got a bunch of healthier or at least healthier for me snacks. Like I got a lot of the Quaker Rice Cakes. I portioned them out in ziploc bags to their serving sizes so I could grab it quickly, without over eating.
My sleep medicine increases my appetite, so I am trying to be more mindful of that and making sure I have things set up to limit myself until I can make these things a habit.
I’d like to get my measurements and weigh myself this weekend so I can see where I am starting at.
