DUNE TRILOGY (2021-2026) Directed by Denis Villeneuve
Sorry, guys, but I don't think you can make another Barbenheimer happen. It's not going to happen. It was an organic, one-of-a-kind history moment. You cannot recreate it.
(That said, there will be a lot of people who will watch both films, but that's not the point here.)
Getting ahead of the curve and calling December 18 “Dunesday”
You’ll get it when it catches on, then they’ll be back here like “that guy knew. That guy was ahead of this”
DUUUUNESDAY!!! 😃 I love it! 👏🏾
It's not as revolutionary as Barbenheimer was lol, but what a cute name lol.
I guess I'll be watching both Dune Part 3 AND Avengers: Doomsday on opening weekend! 😂🤣
Ohh
https://www.worldofreel.com/blog/2025/12/23/warner-bros-isnt-moving-dune-part-three-even-with-an-avengers-movie-opening-the-same-day-we-chose-the-date-first
Denis Villeneuve’s “Dune: Part Three” is scheduled for release on December 18, 2026 — the same day as “Avengers: Doomsday.”
It's world of reel, they got some stuff right but I don't put them on the same level as the trades, but it would be bold of WB and Legendary to not blink and stick to the date I guess😄
I had selfishly hoped we would get a Venice premiere and the official release date moved up. There is still time, let's see what happens.
We claim Florence for the Dune press tour if it stays that way, Avengers Doomsday has 100 other characters/actors to promote it.
Not perfect but made by me
in honour of dunesday here is the most precious tim content of all time
from this interview where tim payne and tom keeley (and their adopted dogs dexter and kiko) talk about puppy mills and adopting pets from shelters
