Its probably one of my favourite places in Aberdeen, I've loved it ever since I participated in a Blue Peter bike ride there when I was younger (for which I got a badge, if you didn't get a Blue Peter badge you didn't pass childhood)
It took me a few years to rediscover it after I came to Aberdeen to study but I started getting bored at the end of second year and needed to get out and about so a park was what I needed.
Its perfect for me
There are loads of smooth flat paths perfect for the penny board and jogging for that matter.
Theres loads of monuments and vegitation to make it visually stimulating so if you haven't been you should go!
Managed to grab the pics just before the snow melted thank goodness!
