Raxacoricofallapatorians have only shown up as main characters in series one of New Who. The episodes include, Aliens of London, World War Three and Boom Town. An arm of one was shown in Dalek. And one walking in the background was seen in The End of Time.

The Gelth have only shown up once in The Unquiet Dead alongside the 9th Doctor and Rose. They're a terrifying concept if you think about it.

The Celestial Toymaker has been a foe twice in Doctor Who. Once during Classic and once during New. He's a brilliant character, and a very fun concept. He appears in The Giggle in New Who, a special episode for the 60th anniversary.

Krillitane are maybe one of the coolest creatures from Doctor Who. I'd love to see their evolutionary timeline, because they go to different planets, take the best part from the habitants from said planet and evolue themself to have the traits. Annoying they only show up in one episode, School Reunion.

The Weeping Angels, personally, my favourite creatures from Doctor Who. Blink had such an impact on me as a child. The Weeping Angels have been in a fair few episodes, some include, The Time of Angels, Village of the Angels, and the previously mentioned Blink.

Is anyone else angry at the fact the Reapers only show up once. Their episode if Father's Day. And what an interesting idea they are!

Adipose show up three times, though only one time is it for a main story. The episodes are Partners in Crime, Turn Left and The End of Time. And only have they shown up in the 10th Doctor's stories.

I feel like I don't need to explain what Daleks are. Even non Doctor Who fans know of Daleks. They're infamous. They have been in so many episodes throughout both Classic Who and New Who, that if I were to type all the episodes down, I'd be here for a while. So instead, I'll write an episode for each Doctor where they face the Daleks.
