Early Xmas Gift 3: Sassafras the Pidgey!

Say hi to Sassafras-- if she doesn’t say it first, of course! A  young battlebard played by @beingatoaster in my Pokemon D&D game, Sassafras recently got her feather-tips dyed to match her favorite bright outfit. Whether it’s fiddle, drums, swordplay, illusions, or card tricks, Sass has it covered! She apparently plans to evolve directly to Pidgeot as soon as possible.

28/Sep/2017 Ciel's beak and forehead turned pink after frantically chewing a pink dyed toy. It's fading now but he has been like this for 3 days. Puchi got a bit too on his beak, but Ciel... Were you headbutting the toy or what? I'm not worried since it's the 3rd time the tiels get this toy so I know it's safe, even though they never got dyed as much as this little rascal... I find it cute. Ciel: "(°v°) I'm a fashionista" The first day I was a bit worried since I saw pink poos, but he is fine as always. Usually before giving a toy to them I leave it under running water until it doesn't leak dye anymore, because Keiji once got her beak blue with another toy and I wonder how safe those dyes are, but I forgot to do it this time. But they are specialized on bird toys so I guess they know what they use to be harmless even if swallowed... right? Have your birds ever dyed their feathers like this? Do you treat colored toys in any way before giving them to your feathered pals?

Relisted a bunch of expired listings on Esty : Most of them are feathery things: necklaces and earrings.... But it is also including one possible commission for a set of dyed feathers of your choice :3. So if you wanted redtail hawk feathers, or a bird of prey, and couldn't get them before, or have an idea about different kind of dyed feather- now would be the time!

Once August happens I put the pen, airbrush, leather and paints down to pick up a stethoscope. :)
