Kodiak cake donuts with sludge frosting. Makes six donuts. Adapted from the Kodiak cake website. 3 tsp of artificial sweetener (I used Hyvee brand), 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup of Hyvee unsweetened almond milk, 2tbs of sugar, 212g of Kodiak Organic Oat Frontier Flapjack and Baking mix. Mix all together, put in donut tin, bake at 425F 6-9 minutes. Frosting: mix 12g of PB2 and 20g of Dymatize Elite Gourmet Swiss Chocolate with water for desired consistency (about 2tbs water). Distribute onto donuts after they have cooled.
