took a video of my signing today and compared it to my signing 5 months ago and I genuinely want to cry

it looks like it's my first time signing. I can see why every Deaf person in my life is so fucking concerned for me because I have experienced a sharp and obvious decline in my ability to use my hands. I have to pause and orient my hands. I constantly perform signs wrong because my hands don't listen to me. it's so frustrating. I look like I don't know what I'm doing

when my hair looks better I'll post a before and after because what the fuck is happening to me
