lmao fuck the sims 4 amirite
as much as i want to do a decades challenge in ts2, i feel like there's just so much more historical maxis-match content for ts4 and it can't possibly all be converted to ts2. ts2 is and always will be my favorite sims game but ts4's cas and cas content (both maxis and cc) is just SO freaking robust. i'd probably play ts4 more if the gameplay was actually decent and the animations didn't look so absolutely fucking ridiculous (the ts3 and ts2 animations are also ridiculous, but in a charming way. ts4 animations are ridiculous in an awkward way. why are the limbs so goddamn long.) i just started trying to pose in ts4 and it's difficult because i'm so used to ts2 posing. idk i feel like it's just really hard to switch games, but ts2 just doesn't have the sheer breadth of maxis-match historical content that ts4 has. feeling frustrated in this chili's tonight.

at some point when i’m not at work i am actually planning on writing a literal essay on this, but can i just say, from a whole weekend of playing sims 4, i can definitively declare that sims 2 and 3 are my favorite sims games
