Breakfast on a bench (aka the women's locker room aka breakfast #2! ✌️) Bringing it back to my TIU days with a banana split. It's been way too long! (yogurt over a banana with toppings of choice. I used a carton of plain @elliquark because it's high in protein 💪 17gs and sweetened it with a little vanilla #gnarlyslim protein powder.) Only back then the banana split was my bfast for the entire morning. Now it's only a fraction of my morning and I'm on a cut! #eattogrow 💪🌲 And egg whites and spinach with fat free cheese on a high fiber English muffin 🐣🍞. Protein + carbs in both👌.
