Who is this cosplayer?

She was quite friendly, asked if she could get photos together where she was tugging on my tie and I said sure, as long as I got some too.

Pauli seemed to recognize this female Tenth Doctor when I showed her the photos after we met up again.  But now I’ve forgotten where she might have recognized this person from.

It’s been bugging me since Emerald City Comicon last April.  I ask for no other reason than my own curiosity, and to maybe find another cool cosplayer to follow on social media.  I’m assuming she made the dress herself, and it’s brilliant.

Anyone know who this cosplayer is?

Part 2 of 4 of my interview with @deviantart "The first big step in my art journey was when I moved to the heart of San Francisco to attend Academy of Art University. Our classes were spread out across the city, which was good for me, because, knowing me, I would have just stayed on campus if we'd had one. It was weird at first. With my years of animating, doing detailed images was easy for me. An animation would take 1 to 6 months, so spending 2 or 3 days on a detailed image felt easy. As well as the benefit of speed, animation gave me the ability to move characters around in my head, giving me a good idea of 3D space to help with my volumes. My friends were the ones who eventually dragged me to my first anime and comic convention. I started doing the convention circuit around the United States shortly after that. At one point, I was doing 22 conventions a year. It was at Anime Expo, when I was 20 years old, that I found out Cartoon Network was doing portfolio reviews. I hadn't come with a portfolio, so I just ran over with a bunch of prints I had with me. They loved it. It only took a short time for them to look at it and offer me an internship on a show called Fire Breather, and season one of Adventure Time. What helped me get better so quickly was my lack of ego. I knew nothing when I went into art school. Everything I learned, I learned at Academy of Art. Most artists develop bad habits in the beginning years. There were no bad habits that they had to break me off.
