I like to headcanon Moon and Eclipse as father and son but in a way neither of them fully acknowledge those feelings, but Eclipse? Due to seeing Moon subconsciously as his father that is where most of his anger comes from. He feels like the person who should of been there caring for him when he was hurting and afraid abandoned him and didn't care about his life. So he adapted the 'if he won't care about me? No one will, and i dont need anybody' mentality.
Honestly I don't see people calling Sun or Moon Eclipse's dad often, but its actually kind of cool
