It be the idiot lamb who is so incredibly bad at their job of freeing the Fella Who's Patient and forming the actual cult itself that they are in actual need of help. The One Who Waits sends down his two guards/disciples to see if they can make a difference, and...it kinda works. Two fellas trying to do their job and one idiot freaking out and not handling what the hell is going on.
